Community Guidelines

Never allowed

• Anything sexual involving anyone under 18. We report it to the authorities.
• Nudity or sexual content, on any stream, including 18+ streams.
• Hate: attacking people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
• Threats, violence, or encouraging people to hurt themselves or others.
• Selling or promoting illegal things: drugs, weapons, stolen goods.
• Scams, fake giveaways, and asking people for money, passwords or sign-in codes.

Respect people

• No bullying, harassment or targeting someone over and over.
• Don't share other people's private information (numbers, addresses, ID) or stream people who don't want to be streamed.
• Don't pretend to be someone else, another creator, or WAVE CLUB staff.
• Keep children safe: a child on your stream must be supervised and never put at risk.

Your content

• Post what you made or have the right to share. Don't repost other people's videos as your own.
• Dangerous stunts that could get someone hurt aren't allowed.
• No spam: the same message over and over, misleading titles, or flooding chat.
• Pick the right category so people find what they expect.

18+ streams

Creators who are 18 or older can mark a stream 18+. Only signed-in viewers who are 18 or older and chose to see mature streams can watch. 18+ streams can show smoking, drinking, strong language and mature topics. Everything under “Never allowed” still applies.

Not marked 18+? Then keep it for everyone 16 and up: no smoking, drugs or weapons on camera.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is: the content is removed, chat is timed out, a stream is ended, posting is stopped, or the account is suspended or closed. Creators and their moderators can also time out and ban people in their own chat.

See something wrong? Use Report on the stream, Wave, message or profile. Reports go to the WAVE CLUB team. More in the Terms of Use.
